Reaction time race: Best reaction time wins the pot, it works like this: At each MWDRA race,
entry fee of $10.00 to enter and on the last time trial whoever has the best light will win 50% of the pot and 50% goes
to the assocation kitty. The light has to be better than a .10 to count .

POINTS PAYOUT AS FOLLOWS:
Money left in bank at end of year after all expenses:
1st place: 45%
2nd place: 25%
3rd place: 15%
4th place: 10%
5th place: 5%
In the event of a tie in the points, the tie breaker is as follows:
1. Who attends the most races
2. Who signed up early
3. Coin toss
We will not be dropping a race for points standing.
